Manorama Nagarajan has been a finance leader with a career spanning ~ 40 years across various industries. Prior to coming on board of Rockman Advanced Composites, She was the CFO at Rockman Industries Ltd the parent company of Rockman Advanced Composites. In this capacity, she used to oversee finance, strategy and IT functions across Rockman group. A fellow member of ICMAI and an MBA, she has served various companies in areas such as strategic planning, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Project funding, costing etc. She has also handled JVs, M&A, Equity funding etc. IT and systems are her strength areas and she has helped design and implement Company Wide ERP solutions in almost all these companies.
