We have converted an original component consisting of aluminum casting & machined and fabricated parts to carbon composites. This included conceptual thinking, FEA, components, and tooling design by Rockman Advanced Composites. The original part weighed 54.5kgs & the all carbon composite part weighed 18kgs.

The components are used in the operation theatre to mount the overhead lights & were supplied to an American-based medical OEM. Below is the list of the components supplied by us.
