Mr. Amit Vijay is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT-BHU, Varanasi and an MBA from AIM, Manila, Philippines. He started his career with Tata Motors’ construction equipment division and served various MNCs like Cognizant and JCB before joining Rockman Industries Limited (RIL) to lead their Strategy Function. He has more than 2 decades of versatile experience across Business Strategy, Business Development/Diversification, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Performance Management, Business Process Improvement and Management Consulting etc. During his tenure at RIL, he was actively involved in multiple diversification initiatives for the group. He also played a pivotal role in the entry of Hero Group into the electronics and composites field through new venture- Hero Electronix. Combined with his management and leadership skills, he is the main driving force to propel Rockman Advanced Composites’ growth.
